Our Policies

Cancellations - We reserve an appointment specifically for you. With that, Le Palais has the right to charge 50% of the services cancelled without 24 hour notice.

Children - Due to the promotion of a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that all children not be left unattended.

Contraindications - Please let your stylist know if you have recently taken any medications or have had any change in your diet or sleep, as these can effect your services.

Tardiness - Please be aware that the time you reserved is specific for that particular service. We will do our best to accomodate late arrivals, however, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

Personal Belongings- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, please leave valuables at home.

Cellular Phones - To allow our clients to fully relax, we ask that all cell phones please be put on silent.

Color Services - We highly recommend removing personal clothing and changing into a color gown. This is just to assure that there will not be any chemical damage to clothing.
