It was a simple gesture, yet it added a personal element that made me feel special. My stylist, Ally, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to ask insightful questions to understand my hair and my preferences, which I greatly appreciated.Throughout the appointment, Ally checked in frequently to ensure we were aligned on the style and process, which made me feel comfortable and involved. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my satisfaction and was dedicated to achieving the best results.Overall, my experience at Le Palais Hair was exceptional, and I left feeling rejuvenated and happy with my hair. Got my bleach blonde hair to black in one session with a conditioning hair treatment and haircut. Service was lovely and Ally was great with cutting exactly what we agreed on off as well as styling my hair perfectly.

Amazing service and really friendly staff, they helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and made the whole process so easy and pleasant. The staff worked super efficiently to get my hair done clean and neat and efficiently and it’s turning out perfectly. I’ve been looking for a new hair salon and I definitely will be coming back here. Wow! This salon is incredible. It’s so peaceful, well lit, and beautiful inside. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need. My stylist, Ally, was amazing and took such great care in everything she did for my hair. She asked me questions to get the most precise idea about what I’m looking for and was so knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely be back again!

I was looking for a new stylist who had experience cutting curly hair. I decided to make an appointment at La Palais. I was greeted by a very sweet receptionist who booked my appointment. I returned a few days later for my appointment with Nicole. Very talented, very knowledgeable and can cut curly hair!!! My curls returned bouncy and full. Explained every she did, asked my opinion and did not try to upsell me products (which I did buy because they did the job!). Made my 6 week trim appointment before I left. Great salon! And I love my curls again!
